Go Try Nature is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.
What that means
- Some links on this site, especially the “Check price on Amazon” buttons on gear cards, are affiliate links.
- If you click one and buy something, we may earn a small commission.
- The price you pay is the same. The commission comes out of Amazon’s side, not yours.
- We don’t see what you buy or who you are. Amazon reports totals, not people.
How it shapes what we write
It doesn’t change the verdict. If a product is bad, we say it’s bad, and we’ll still link it so you can read the reviews yourself. We don’t accept free gear in exchange for coverage, and we don’t let a commission decide what gets recommended.
What it does do is pay for hosting, the occasional product we buy to test, and the fondue set.
Other programs
We may add other affiliate programs over time (outdoor retailers, specific brands). When we do, they’ll be listed here and disclosed on the posts that use them.
